I hired this company to clean out my parents apartmentThe staff are very personable and seem very professionalI was advised to mark everything I wanted to keep with tape and ponotesI marked items and packed family archives into file boxesThe communication with the workers was poor to non-existant, they did not ask about any questionable items, they threw away all the file boxes without verificationI was told there was no way to retrieve any of the items since nothing was kept overnight, so my entire family history is goneAnother item, a secretary desk, was marked "KEEP", I came in to find a worker had emptied and discarded the contents which included more family archives which I had left in the desk since it was marked not to be touchedThis so overstepped the boundaries of proper business practices as to be inconceivableOther items had been discarded despite being marked, some of them were retrieved but most were notDo not trust them with anything, remove all valuables before allowing them onto the premisesI guess if you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail; if you call yourselves "Junkluggers", everything looks like junk even when explicitly marked otherwise
