First off let me state that MY COMPANY is IMPACT INK!! I am the owner and my name is *** *** there is no *** *** or NO LIMITS MEDIA, I have contacted the Revdex.com many times to fix their incorrect informationWe somehow got linked to that NO LIMITS MEDIA company that was in the same
location we are currently renting! BUT AGAIN my company is IMPACT INK! Now as far as the complaint, there is NO FRAUD, we have a signed contract with the Assistant Athletic Director *** *** to sell Advertising on the back of custom Waialua HS Mascot shirtsIt does take about 6-months or longer sometimes to finish a project, since the project revolves around community supportWe closed the project back in November at which time it went into production to have the front and back artwork created, customized and approvedGetting ad's approved is not a simple task for example it took Surf N Salsa almost 1/months to approve their artwork, that is just of the first few businesses that purchased an advertisement so of course the businesses that purchased ad's after Surf N Salsa would still have to get created and approvedAlong with the artwork getting approved the payments have to all be made as well and some businesses take as much as months to pay or get canceled for non payment after months of callingWhen *** *** called on 11/19/we were finishing up the back of the shirts then it would get sent to the printerAfter Christmas we contacted the printer and the shirts had not been printed yet due to the owner of the print shop having serious health issuesWe at that time tried to find another reasonable printer that does good work and we were unsuccessful so we purchased our own printing equipment which has been a bit of a challenge to learnWe figured it out and have been working at the office during the day and the print shop at night printing the shirts as quick as we canThe customer was never told a specific date the shirts would be printed by as we can not give specific dates based on the fact that most of it rely's on the local community around the school and how fast they respondThe shirts are at our new print shop and will be done within the next daysI apologize for any inconvenience but the shirts are being printed as agreed and Surf N Turf advertisement that was purchased in the amount of $not $will be on the back of them
