Review: A few weeks ago in october I went into The Kase store with my daughter looking for a protective case for her iphone 5S my daughter was looking for cases but didnt not find one to her liking until she came across a product to protect her screen from scratches and from falls which will cause the screen to crack and shatter it was called a tempered glass screen protector I asked questions about it and the gentleman in the store who was the only one in the store was very helpful at the time and seemed like he knew about the product and reassured me that it was worth buying because it will protect the phones glass screen so I purchased the item I paid $30 + tax plus 2 more items. On [redacted] 11/**/14 my daughter was in the mall and was bumped into causng her to drop her phone when she picked up the phone the phone looked cracked but she thought it was the tempered glass screen protector that was shattered it wasnt it was her phone she then called me told me what happened and went back to the store she was told to come back either [redacted] or [redacted] when the manager was there so we went on [redacted] 11/**/14 And the manager happened to be the same gentleman that sold us the product we approached him and explained what happened and he was very rude to us and was brushing us off by saying how there was never a guarantee that the it wouldnt crack and how we have to expect for the phone to break if it falls so I told him how he basically guaranteed me it wouldnt break and how it was worth buying to protect the screen he again repeated the same words no guarantee and he cant do anything and walked away no refund no apologies for lying nothing just totally rude! So now it will cost me $150 to replace the phone and im out $30 for that bogus tempered glass screen protector! Thats terrible customer serviceDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and I feel that its only right that he pays the $150 for the replacement, which now my daughter has to wait for because I dont have the $150 right now to replace her phone and she can get cut if she texts
