Our point-of-contact, Sam was fantastic to deal with - very polite and courteousHe gave us his cell, showed up on time, and checked in periodically throughout the processAfter scheduling a date for our new roof to be installed, the shingles and materials were delivered the night before, so they could begin work immediately the next daySeveral workers on the roof, and simultaneously on the ground cleaning up as the job progressed, and in about a day and a half, it was finishedPulled off all the old shingles, replaced pieces of plywood that had water damage, cut new ridge vents, re-felted and re-shingled squares of Timberline lifetime warranty dimensional shingles The price was exceptional - and we did our research on price - but the experience of dealing with a company that has work ethic and professionalism was the best partOverall, great job!
