Review: The K.E. Group ([redacted]) is a sham. They act like they are a business to clean spaces but they are just a couple trying to make some $. My company hired [redacted] to wash/buff our show room floors. He was supposed to have a crew with him, but when he showed up it was just him and his RENTED SMALL floor buffer. This is a large space, so his floor buffer was very small compared to the bigger ones he should of been using. Well, he showed up late and kept the staff here till after hours and he STILL did not even get half way. He PROMISED this would be done the next month, but it never was. He canceled on one apt. we made hours before showing up. Then we made another apt for him to show up yesterday at 9 AM and he NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! When I tried to call him, his wife screened the calls and said he wasn't available. SHADDY WORK! His website he gave isn't even working.So we paid him $1000 to do half the floor and it wasn't even done properly! TERRIBLE SERVICE!Desired Settlement: We would like our money back. He didn't even finish the job.

Spoke with the business. They state that the only way they can pay the refund is by a four week payment pay of $[redacted] dollars a week. A money order will be sent each monday (16th, 23rd, 30th, 6th)
