Hi ***,I wanted to respond to my clients complaintID ***.*** has been my client for years we had a professional and a casual friendship in which we meet outside of the salonSince we had a history she was grandfathered in at special pricingTypically I would charge a client with her hair type around $for a keratin and $for a root touch upI was still charging her $for her keratin and $for roots and I would have her confirm that price to be sure I kept it the same for her. In two years I was no more than minutes late and was only late twice in which I contacted her before the appt to let her know I was running minutes behindHer last color appt I scheduled with another stylist because I was unavailable and still wanted to accommodate her, she complained that the color was a little too light and didnt have enough gray coverageI let her know I would fix it her next apptThe following appt I used a half a level darker to ensure gray coverageIn my professional opinion the color looked goodI did her keratin, she stated I burned her and I am sure I did not touch her with the ironThere were no marks or redness, it was the steam from the iron that felt hotI have been doing keratin treatments on her the same way for years. She did not express to me that she was unhappy with her hair we chit chatted a bit and she leftShe followed with a text in regards to her color I told her at that point there was nothing I can do to make it lighter and we can go with a lighter color next time since it would be virgin hairWith her personality, bleaching her roots a half a level to go lighter would have not been the best solutionIts unfortunate that she had to go to such extreme measures I would have been more than happy to rectify this if she would have reached outI have no problem giving her the $that she is trying to disp

As a regular client of mine for 2 years it's unfortunate you had to go to such extreme measures with this complaint. I have no problem giving you your $30 refund in which you were charged for color. The normal price for root touch up is $75. You were grandfathered in at special pricing since you have been a client for so long. I also should have been charging you $200 for your keratin and kept the price $120 for you as well. I am a very fair business owner and always treated you well.
