Good afternoon? Thank you for bringing this to our attention? ? The customer did not open a ticket in our customer service system; apparently she may have called instead of opening a ticket as our policies set forth by emailing [redacted] ? I could find no record of any ticket? ? Moreover, we attempted to send email to the customer at the address provided in this complaint, and it was bounced and her email ID was marked as bounced email? This can also happen if any email we send to the customer is marked "spam" to the Internet provider, in which case we cannot contact the customer.? I have reshipped a CD to the customer and she should have it in the next few days.? Thank you? Please close this complaint
