Review: Company stated that they has a buyer for our timeshare property, and that we had to pay money for a title company to transfer the title, we were instructed to send money and a contract over to finalize the transaction, We got the contract, sent the money, and 2 weeks later we were suppose to have a closing date. WE waited 2 days passed the closing date to contact them to find out what was going on and the numbers are no longer in business, and our money is nowhere to be found!Desired Settlement: WE want a refund in the amount that we paid for the title transfer company which was $684.32

Review: I believe this company to be a scam and have notified them that I want a refund due to the lenght of time it has takened to sell our timeshare. We have started this process in april 2013 and have received only a generic purchase order, sellers affidavit and a Resale Services Agreement. That I am not questioning the legality of these documents. I wish to receive my money $864.32 back in full and also to put a stop to this scam so that no one else falls victim. I am in the process of contacting my local [redacted] and filing a complaint wiht the [redacted]

A refund $864.13

Review: I was contacted by the Keycorp Group, Inc., claiming that they had someone interested in purchasing my timeshare with VI. The representative had [redacted] contact me with an interested buyer willing to pay $13,000.00. [redacted] had me call the buyer to answer some questions regarding the timeshare. [redacted] said that the title and other documents had to be handled and that my only up front fees would be $764.32. I received an agreement by email requiring my initials and signature. I wrote a check out to the Keycorp group for 764.32 and it was cashed on July 11th, 2013. He told me that the sale could take up to 45 days. I was contacted on July 30th, 2013 by [redacted] stating that he had a check for me for 13,000.00, but I would have to pay the taxes immediately in order to not get sued over not paying the taxes. I made a deposit to the [redacted], LLC at [redacted] account number [redacted] for the amount of $2850.32. I called [redacted] and he provided me with a UPS tracking number to track my check. On July 31, 2013, I tried to track my package and there was no such tracking number. I called [redacted] immediately and he transferred me to [redacted], the attorney, and he informed me that my check was held up because I had to pay another fee to cancel the contract with VI. He claimed that I had signed a lifetime contract. In reality, I had a 12 year contract with VI. I was given the amount $3000.00, then they said they could get the buyer to split the cost and I would only have to pay $1500.00. I became extremely frustrated and I called my timeshare company. They informed me that this may be a scam. I called [redacted] and told him that I wanted to cancel the sale. He asked me why I wanted to do this and I told him that no one prepared me for all of these up front costs. He said he would have someone from customer service call me the same day, but I did not receive a call back. I have emailed and left messages but I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded all the money I have provided up front.

Review: I was contact by a [redacted] by phone, inquiring about my interest in selling my time share in St. Martins. [redacted], reporting to be employed at the KeyCorp Group, Inc, sent out a resale services agreement stating the terms and conditions of the transactions. I sent a cashier's check in the amount of $764.32 to the KeyCorp Group at their mailing address and the certified delivery notice was signed by a [redacted].Since the delivery date of the cashier's check on July 31. 2013, I have not been able to contact [redacted] or anyone in this group. I noticed that the Key Corp Group is a legal US company, but after checking there is no branch located in New Castle.Several attemps opf phone call to the reported number has no beem successful. Also the local Revdex.com has no recoed of the group being in New Castle. This is the reason I amm seeking your help in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to find out if this company was for real and if not , is there any way I could retrieve my funds ?
