Review: About a little over a year ago I was searching for a piano school for my daughter (8 years old now). I did a search online and came across KTS Music School. I called and made an appointment. They offered to give my daughter her 1st free music lesson and assessment for free. After the lesson the [redacted] brought tme into his office and handed me an "application" to which I completed. He explained how the classes work, told me it would cost me $175 a month and even offered me the option to finance a piano for three years along with my monthly payment. I declined the piano purchase and agreed to $175 a month for lessons. After I left the school. and returned home I began to read of the application and realized it was actually a multi-year contract. It seemd as if for the next three years whether my daughter attended the school or not I would have to pay $175 a month. I went back up to the school, a bit upset and spoke with the office [redacted]. I explained to her that there will be months where my daughter and I may be travelling but this contract seems as if I would have to pay even when she's not here. She assured me that if I was traveling that I could call and stop payments for the months when we are away. Earlier this year in May/June. I called the office [redacted] to inform her that my daughter will be spending the summer in Canada and that I would need to stop payment for that time. She stated we did not have any conversation about stopping payments because she cannot stop payments and that my daughter would hae to make up 3 months of lessons when she returned. I was very displeased with her response and told her my daughter will no longer be returnig to the school and asked her to remove my daughter from the student list completely. To my surprise I recently received a bill from Keys to success. They are still billing me and are charging late fees on top of the monthly charges.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges removed and my daughter removed from the school.
