I am writing in regards to the letter sent to us ID # [redacted] We would like to dispute the complaint that the customer filedFirstly this item was sold through a 3rd party platform, ***.comThis customer bought the table on ***.com on 6/30/and on 2/20/we received notice from *** customer service of there being an issue with their table [redacted] was then told that a claim would be filed with the manufacture and that we would let them know as soon as we had any informationOn 2/23/we reached back out to [redacted] customer service and told them that we would be sending the customer a replacement table but that the table was backordered for 1-weeks and would send it as soon as possibleThat table came into stock last week and was shipped to them with the LTL company Lodeso under tracking number [redacted] on 3/9/2018Again this was sold through a 3rd party vendor and we were first notified of the issue on 2/and quickly resolved itIf the customer contacted [redacted] prior to that date we had no knowledge of that and that is an issue with ***.com not us.Please let me know if you need anything else from usthank you very much

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not communicate with me or [redacted] for over a week I was told by [redacted] that they needed to escalate this issue internally as a result of the lack of communication from Khazana I called the manufacturer of the damaged product directly, Four Hands, and they told me that the item would be covered under manufacture warranty, but that the seller had to file the claim - not *** I appreciate that the seller was apparently working on this issue in the background, but their lack of communication for an extended period of time gave everyone (Four Hands, ***, and myself) the impression that they were not In fact, it wasn't until the manufacture contacted Khazana directly, on behalf of myself and ***, that they finally reached out to usI will be completely satisfied once the replacement item has been received, and will accept the business response and close the complaint at that point Regards, [redacted]
