This company advertises false products, then has "customer service" that is unwilling to help solve these problems.Their business is ran as a bait and switch scheme where third party stores are financially responsible for faulty/misleading products and customer satisfaction, with no real liability on their(The Kind Pen) end. Products listed as "vaporizers" are actually "combustion "vaporizers"" which are fundamentally different processes,however this distinction is labeled nowhere on their website or product information/packaging. Their site offers a "vaping" experience for "smokers" (clearly they aren't the same). An employee who claimed to be in charge of marketing/product design claimed they cant put "every single detail on the package", but an accurate product description should make the cut... On 9/12 she told us she would call the store but didnt. Tried leaving a neg review this date but so far it has not posted. When attempting to address these issues, my fiance & I were talked down to, and hung up on multiple times with absolutely no resolution. When seeking refund The Kind Pen customer service informed me "their company had none of my money" since I purchased it through another store that carried their products. When I questioned these statements, they told me I had a fundamental misunderstanding of business and chemistry. We contacted the store we purchased this item from and they thought it was obscene for The Kind Pen company to claim they had no money from their customers, as that is how new product is purchased. To top it off,The Kind Pen advertises their products as "for aromatherapy only", however the product seems to only promote the "aromatherapy" received from combusted product, aka SMOKE. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and I feel as though I've been stolen from and would like to save anyone else from the same fate. *it seems website was updated to include a "combustible" section within the day we accused them of using bait&switch.

I ordered a product from this company and it arrived broken. I have asked for a full refund but only received the cost of the product and not the shipping charges, basically punishing me for ordering from a disreputable company.

I purchased 2 products through their warranty app. Order # ***. I only received one of the items but was charged for both. I emailed numerous times explaining how there was a mistake and if anyone could help me. No one answered for 2 weeks until I told them I was going to file this complaint. Then someone actually emailed me back asking for my order number which I dont know why at this point because I never heard back again. How do you warranty your product without a warranty department or people? I have bells palsy and am recovering from a knee surgery, I really do not want to be doing this but I also believe that this is occuring to many people. It is not right for them to keep your money. In my eyes they robbed me.

I was charged $6.95 for a product that they no longer stock. They sent an email indicating that they no longer have this product. I have asked for a refund several times and they are ignoring me. I should not have to pay for a product that I will never get.

On September 11th, 2018 I ordered the Mist pen and the bottom fell and crumbled after 3 days. The case it was shipped in was not damaged and the other unit I purchased is fine.

I had a message stating they would respond within 2 business days. I emailed the Kind Group 4-5 additional times asking for a status on this. To date no response.

I purchased a V2 vaporizer from The Kind Pen, and I have had an issue with it since receiving it. Within two weeks I was contacting them saying it wasn't working. They sent replacement cartridges free of charge, but now those replacement cartridges are also not working. I complained the oil cartridges were not working or cracking, they told me it was user error, that I may be holding the heat for too long. I hold the heat for no more than four seconds each time. At this point, I was requesting a refund. I was denied a refund and told I could order more replacement cartridges and pay for shipping.

I am using cbd oil to treat an autoimmune disorder, anxiety, high blood pressure, ptsd and sleep problems. I saved up to purchase this vaporizer (which has glowing ratings despite what I now know is an F business rating. Interesting how that happens) I cannot afford to call this a wash and buy another vaporizer. I need a refund so I can purchase a new one from a different company that I will go in depth research on.

I did not appreciate how customer service handled everything either, there was never an apology for the inconvenience at any point.

The "policy" is if it's been "used" it isn't eligible for a refund... How am I suppose to know whether the vaporizer works, if I don't "use" it or try it out?

THIS IS REGARDING AN ATTEMPT TO GET ASSISTANCE WITH A REPLACEMENT 1.0ML Glass / Wickless 510 Tank - Discreet.

I RECEIVED TE KINDPEN AS A GIFT AND THE GLASS IS CHIPPED. IT WAS BRAND NEW IN THE BOX. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO UNSCREW IT TO ADD LIQUID, THE GLASS CHIPPED.

SO, I DOWNLOADED THE APP TO APPLY THE WARRANTY BUT, GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THE CARD NUMBER IS INVALID. IT DOES THIS FOR ALL OF MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS I'VE ENTER IN THE APP AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PROCEED WITH THE ORDER.

I CONTACTED KINDPEN REGARDING THIS. WHEN I ASKED WHY THE ORDER INFORMATION DOES NOT COME UP PERTAINING TO THE PURCHASE OF THIS DEVICE WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER. KIND PEN'S REPLY WAS:

Because all of our serial numbers have been updated to work off of a master list, so if someone loses their warranty card they can still redeem their lifetime warranty.

AT THIS POINT, I AM NOW CONTACTING THE Revdex.com FOR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. NOONE HANDS OVER A GIFT WITH A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. THEY ARE CHARGING 9.99 FOR S/H OF THIS LITTLE PIECE THAT GOES TO THE DEVICE, IT IS TOO SMALL FOR LETTER SIZED ENVELOPE. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN PAYING 9.99 FOR THE PIECE AS WELL, THE PRODUCT IS STILL BRAND NEW, NEVER USED.

KINDPEN SHOULD HONOR THEIR PRODUCT WHEN A CUSTOMER CONTACTS REGARDING THE WARRANTY.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM; BUT, I WILL NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE PIECE, NEVER USED THE DEVICE.

I CAN ALMOST ASSURE KINDPEN AT THIS POINT I AM READY TO CREATE AWARENESS ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND THIS WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T REALLY EXIST; YET, THEY CLAIM TO HONOR FOR A LIFETIME.

THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THIS PRODUCT IS: *** THAT IS THE NUMBER ON THE CARD.

KIND PEN OUGHT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE.
