I purchased a monthly box subscription from The Kinderbox on June 4th for the month of June and was automatically billed for another box for the month of July This came to a total of $for the monthsUpon realizing during the month of July that the person I had bought the boxes for had yet to receive even his June subscription, I was quick to cancel my account with Kinderbox outright and emailed them times demanding updates on the parcelsMy 5th attempt to email them I demanded that instead of wasting time waiting for the parcels to ship out that I would like a FULL refundNot a partial refund but a FULL refundI have yet to hear back from them and it is now August 11th, This is a disgustingly run business and is showing signs of currently being a scamI have read reviews from a few years ago and it seemed to be thriving and have only positive feedbackHowever, as it stands I find their customer service and general handling of this backup of orders to be abhorrentIn July they posted on their Facebook page that they are "almost close to reopening" their business due to some sort of internal issues in their business and had the nerve to tell the public to stop emailing them as they are backlogged

Paid 7 weeks ago and received nothing- they also do not respond to emails. I filed a [redacted] complaint now.

This is a poorly ran companyThey deliver late if at allThere is no communication from them, the only time you hear from them is when they post a random excuse on their *** pageStay clear of these guys and spend your money elsewhere

I received a subscription for this company monthly gift boxes at the end of DecemberI did not receive the first month's box until February and have yet to receive the March boxThe company sent an email with a bogus tracking number when the March box supposedly shipped

This came to a total of $112 for the 2 months. Upon realizing during the month of July that the person I had bought the boxes for had yet to receive even his June subscription, I was quick to cancel my account with Kinderbox outright and emailed them 4 times demanding updates on the parcels. My 5th attempt to email them I demanded that instead of wasting time waiting for the parcels to ship out that I would like a FULL refund. Not a partial refund but a FULL refund. I have yet to hear back from them and it is now August 11th, 2016.
