Mr***'s card paperwork was submitted to our AHA Training Center since Healthline cannot print cards at the office currently (we hope to be able to in the near future again) When we received the cards for all the class paperwork we sent to our Training Center, Mr***'s class was not
included We contacted our Training Center and asked for the paperwork to be processed, which it was, but when receiving Mr***'s card, this time his name was spelled incorrectly We did provide him with an approved AHA letter stating he was certified, but there was a significant delay in receiving his corrected certification card This type of mistake has not happened before and we did communicate this to Mr*** and apologized for the mistakes I was not aware of the student manual not being issued as I was out of town when the class was held, but the matter was addressed with the instructor, and processes were changed to make sure this does not happen again Healthline will not only refund the $for the student manual, but we will issue a refund for the instruction as well; a total refund of $
