Please close the complaint as Unresolved. Based on the type of response provided by the business, I doubt the business wishes to work on conciliation. Therefore, it'd probably be best to close the complaint without resolutionI do not currently have access to the documents from my remodeling, so I cannot provide you with copies. However, to answer your questions, the remodeling was completed in December and I initially discovered evidence of termites in August (and orally notified the Contractor shortly after I noticed the termite droppings). I do not know the length of the written warranty, but I remember the contractor telling me that he'd fix anything that was wrong as long as he was in business. He was initially responsive about the termite problem, but later he was not returning my phone calls about subsequent termite-related issues. Again, it was the lack of communication that caused me to finally file this complaint
