My wife and I ordered cabinets and countertops/bartop through Lowes back in Oct of They were delivered and installed January of and ever since then I have gone back and forth with Lowes and Michigan Kitchen Distributors to repair or properly install the bartop and countertopThe original installer came down from *** and installed them in less than an hourThe bartop came loose immediately and both corners of the countertop within a few days after thatI called the installer shortly after he left to tell him the bartop came loose and he said he forgot to bring clamps and would return the following weekWe never heard back from him and had to call Lowes to complainThe installer ended up wasting our time and was difficult to deal with so Jack from MKD came up and tried to fix the issues several times and finally offered to give us $We said no because we wanted them fixed properlyMKD refused to honor there warranty even though Lowes pursued that issueNow we are waiting on Lowes to order and install new tops because they couldn't fix the poor install job eitherWhat a pain all the way throughI recommend not using this company in any way and making sure that anywhere you order countertops is not using them either
