can you please advise how I should deal with this man? He is harassing me on *** - I have changed my credit card so they will not accept charges anymoreI just don't know what to do - his comments are inaccurate and I will not be paying any fees to his company - do you have any suggestions? There is no documentation to prove this false claim. Attached you will find my response the day I was charged $49 incorrectly as well as a record of 4 months of regular visits. They were more than happy to see me and take my  money until I contested the error in a cancellation charge.  I am in the process of getting refunds from Groupon for unused groupons, but the $49 is a direct charge from Divine Skin Spa. I was at the spa at the appointed time and was told by the front desk there would be no cancellation charge if I rebooked the next day with a massuese of my choice instead of seeing  the last minute substitution they made without my knowledge and consent. Obviously, I would not have left if I thought I would be charged $49, but I was promised there would be no penalty and an appointment the next day. When I complained about the charge to the owner, they cancelled the appointment for  the next day and also charged me a fee with groupon. [redacted] double charged me for the services I was promised and didn't get. I want a refund. Groupon has yet to reimburse me $29 for the coupon Divine Skin Spa redeemed without rendering services. He owes me $49 plus $29 totaling $78.
