Review: My wife, a friend of hers & I were ejected from a concert on 6/24 only 30 seconds in. A gentleman had forced his way into the front of the crowd & shoved me out of the way, he proceeded to put both hands on the rail on front of him with my wife between his arms, I asked him twice to remove his arms from around her, the second time he looked me in the eye & ignored me so on the third time I put my finger in his face & told him to take his hands off my wife. As I was doing this my wife was trying to free herself & security came over the rail & escorted myself, my wife & her friend from the premises. When I asked for a reason, it kept changing, I explained the situation, nothing, I asked to speak to a manager & tried to get a refund & was threatened with them calling the police for trespassing. I was never given a solid reason for why we were kicked out & wasn't allowed to speak with someone in charge to explain why my wife was being detained by another patron & yet nothing was done to that individual. All I want is a refund which I think I'm due for the knitting factory failing to protect my wife from a bad situation & choosing to persecute myself, my wife & her friend instead.Desired Settlement: Face value of the ticket plus applicable device fees for all three tickets

In this particular case had the party filling this complaint informed our event staff of this other persons behavior verse handling it themselves (resulting in a physical altercation), we could have removed the person that initiated the inappropriate behavior. Once the physical altercation started our first concern is the safety of all the other guests and the staff. While separating the two parties one of the gals in this group of three physically assaulted our staff. The other person involved in this altercation was removed as well and yes NOT out the same door as the other group of three; that would only result in another altercation between the two parties outside the facility.
