Review: I ordered a custom made suit from Knot Standard for which they "100% guaranteed" the fit. They promised to either pay for alterations or remake the suit. When I received the suit I found that it was much too small in both the jacket and pants. I contacted the retailer via email to ask for assistance and received no response despite repeated emails (the method of communication used multiple times while my order was pending).Desired Settlement: I want the suit I ordered with a proper fit as guaranteed or a refund of the full purchase price.
