Review: I placed an order on June **, 2015 for two (2) neck ties. I received an email stating my order was shipped on June **, 2015. Today is Monday, July **, 2015 and I have not received my order. Their website says flat shipping take approximately 3-5 business days. I sent an email with an inquiry to my order and even called, but the phone number is constantly busy.Desired Settlement: Full refund
