Worst Customer Service EVER! Complete RIP OFF!
They are great about getting you to pay but once you pay that's when the service ends! I have been spending hours and now days trying to get my Certified training completed and now after being put into the class after it started, I still haven't received my Lab Link to preform Labs as part of my Learning. No one will answer calls or e-mails! I have opened multiple tickets as this is their way to communicate but no one has responded. Don't do business with Knowledge Academy! I'm out money and time, Microsoft show be ashamed to be using such a place to represent them.

False info provided based on which I paid a course, need a refund
The issue that I have experienced was: I called the sales team of The Knowledge Academy in UK to ask details of the MSP course. I also mentioned that my company might fund the cost of the course. Vikram G, the person who I talked to, mentioned that this is not a problem you may book and pay the course and then you can submit the invoice to your company who can re-fund you for the cost. I decided to book and pay the cost of £1,194. Same day, I found out from my company that they do not accept this payment process and that it is better that they do the booking and payment directly. I have to admit that I should have asked my company before I make the booking for the MSP course. Despite this, I'm trying to cancel the booking I made on 11-Oct with no success. Vikram G cannot be located, the customer service of the Knowldge Academy is not existent and I cannot get a confirmation of next steps and that the refund of the £1,194 can be processed. I wil also submit a complaint to the authority that this company beongs to hoping that I can be re-emburshed. My next option is to go legally against them.

The Knowledge Academy is nothing less than a big scam company and I really wonder how they managed to survive until now while playing their dirty games!

I have enrolled for an online self paced ISO 9001 Lead Implementer course on the Knowledge academy website and paid a total amount of 1236.84 pounds. Since then, I have not received my login credentials to start the courses despite a series of request sent by email.
I was then asked to raise a ticket which is impossible since I do not have an invoice number or an SO since none of this was provided during the payment process. I am now stuck with what looks like a big scam from The Knowledge Academy. I saw a lot of negative comments on the internet on the organization but I thought there were made by people who just had a negative experience and wanted to badmouth the organization but it seems that they were right after all.
This message is a call for intervention here. I need to be able to talk to someone to sort this out but there seems to be no one to talk to.
I sent several mails to them with no response no matter what. This seems not to care at all and not to worry about any consequence which is quite astonishing.

Having now dealt with The Knowledge Academy, I would certainly not recommend them for any courses they offer. We booked a Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner - instructor led classroom course in New York, and once confirmed made all the necessary travel arrangement to travel to New York to attend the course. Already in transit we receive an email just days before the course to be notified of cancellation, which we did not receive as we were already travelling the US to attend the course. The cancellation due to "unforeseen circumstances" is still yet to be explained. Also the issue came about that when reaching the venue we are informed by the Seminar & Conference Centre in New York that the course was never booked in the first instance by The Knowledge Academy, so this was a complete shock and shows that the company had never made any expenditure to book a venue for the course yet are happy to take thousands of pounds from the delegates. I have written to The Knowledge Academy only to be told by their Quality Team that there is nothing they can do and not willing to assist any further. With no explanation and complete disregard to the issues raised, also no assistance with compensation for out of pocket expenses for flights and accommodation. Please do not consider using their services, and try to book training and examination either direct with Prince2 or the certified examination bodies AXELOS or APMG.
