We, called and spoke to the sales associate explained our full situation were told they are highly competitive for trade-ins and would beat the competition next doorWe drove an hour to the locationThey told us the vehicle was worth less than any of the dealerships we had been to and way less than the next door dealership offeredThen they pulled her credit score and lied to her about what the score wasThey claimed her highest score was less than even the lowest score of the We went to the next door dealership and they said her score was much higher (as confirmed by the credit score bureausThis caused me to pull my credit score as we needed a vehicle and they said hers was much lower than it really wasThis caused me to unnecessarily pull my creditThe dealership also falsely claimed income as evidenced by the banks when we went next door to be financed and were declined as their numbers didn't match upCalled the next day to complain and was told the General Manager would be giving me a call as soon as he got in the next morningA day passed and no callWhen I called they said there were no notes left in regards to this I called to complain to the sales manager, who said there was nothing that could be done but would speak to the parties involvedHe also claims no bank information was run on her despite what the banks said on speaker phone next door at the dealershipSo, we waited for hours at this dealership that was apparently not even talking to a bank (waited on the phone for minutes for sales manager to try and find this information)To this the sales manager said there was no recourse for their dishonest business practicesI am pretty disappointed that a major dealership would resort to these type of tacticsGood thing we didn't fall for their scamThe dealership right next door had much better customer service and value I will also be sending a letter to Chrysler corporate office to let them know of my experience

Bought used Dodge Ram truck, before I even got home the power steering pump had failed, ball joints suddenly started popping, and the check engine light came onOver the next few days I found out that the EGR valve had failed, the belts were broken in the tires, the a/c was hot wired to work, and the drivers door was missing a speakerTruck was listed with pictures that included a radio, when I got to see truck in person, somebody had literally ripped the radio out of the dash and destroyed the trimI called the dealership back, explained the situation, and was told that I bought truck "As-Is" so there is not much I can do about itThey tried to tell me that this is just the risk I take buying usedBut it seems like they did a few quick temporary fixes just to get the truck off the lotExtremely disappointed, I was told that the truck had been thoroughly inspected and the oil was changedI checked the oil after I left and it was I'm desperate need of an oil changeI bought the truck and within a week I had $already invested in necessary repairsExtremely disappointed

Was in for service on truck.Mentioned to techthat I was getting a new truck. He ask me if it was from this dealership.I I said no.He told me to call Sheena .I called and she told me a sales manager would call me.She had Ricardo contact me.I assumed he was the Manager.I related to Ricardo that I had an existing offer on a truck identical to theirs. He told me to come in.He stated "I will meet or beat their deal"When I arrived for the appointment I called Ricardo. He said he was not there and to ask for Jason.Jason apparently was not there because I ended up with Jose.No one ever discussed anything with me about the price after my initial discussion with Jose.Another salesman came over and said that the Sales Manager was reviewing the options. After about hours I was told that they couldnt get close to matching the other price.Never made an attempt to discuss price or negotiate.I was later emailed by the General Manager Thanking me for my visit.I rec'd an email from Jason and then spok
