I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[The Mr*** response doesn't make sense at allHe acknowledged that I paid in full at $791.79, they refunded me $703.71, that meant they didn't refund me enough, they owned me $88.06, not I owned themRight? Actually Allstate only refunded me $(I guess nobody can understand how that number came from) on April 16, 2013, and I repaid them back $on May 21, after they finally corrected their mistake and re-install my policy, please see attached my credit card statements showing those transactionsFrom this, we can see how lousy their service was]

perform a new business inspection. As a result on 4/13/13 a refund was issued to the credit card
used in the amount of 703.71. Current balance owed on the premium is 91.56 which is the
difference between 791.79 (the amount paid initially) and the amount refunded to the credit card
that was used to make the initial payment. 791.79— 703.71 = 88.06. There is a $3.50 service
charge added so 88.06÷ 3.50 = 91.5& This is the amount that is currently due.
Customer has received a bill for this amount since 5/2312013, (Bills attached)

Review: In early March of 2013, I got a landlord policy quote from Allstate agent [redacted] (The Kuban Agency) for $791.79. After comparing with other company, this quote was a little cheaper, so I bought that policy and paid that amount to [redacted], then he told me I paid in full and my policy was in place. Late, they sent me a cancellation letter stated that they couldn't find the property and returned me about $600, I finally sorted that out and paid them pack that $600. During that event, I found out they had terrible service, agent didn't response to my call and email, a couple of times I had to call headquarter to push that agent to give me response. Then in January of this year, I received a bill stating that I owned them about $91. I called service line, questioned that bill, the service rep told me that since it was a landlord policy, they was not able to access my account, I had to contact my agent. I called my agent and he told me that I had paid in full, shouldn't have any bill till March and he asked me to fax over that bill, he would try to find out for me. I did fax him the bill, then I didn't hear any response from him, I sent him emails and called him, left message, just no response at all.In early of this month I received a letter from a collection agency to collect that $91 , I called Allstate service line, finally there was a customer resolution specialist called me back and he was the first one told me that they billed me $876.35, not as quoted $791.79 and he emailed me that bill, I looked that bill, it just showed that number, nothing in detail. I emailed him back and asked how comes that $876.35 and why there was so much difference from that was quoted and again, no response! Thank you very much for your help.Desired Settlement: The Kuban Agency or Allstate should withdraw that charges since if they quoted me or wanted to charge me at $876.35, I won't buy that policy from them.
