The L Motel

Review: On July 2, 2014 I called The L Motel to make reservations. I explained that we would be arriving at about 1:30 a.m. on August 19, 2014 and leaving around 2:00 a.m. on August 23, 2014. I was told no problem. I asked to have the reservation confirmation emailed to me. On the booking confirmation #[redacted] it showed arrival date 8/19/14, departure date 8/23/14, number of rooms 1, number of nights 4, room type non-smoking with 2 double beds, total cost $356.00. When I arrived on August 19, 2014 at around 1:30 to 2:00 a.m. and checked in I was told that the number of nights should have been 5 because of the time I was checking in. I told the person that I explained the situation when I made the reservations and that the booking confirmation showed 4 nights. I was told that they would just charge me for an additional half a night. I said ok because I had no where else to go.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the additional half night that I was charged for.
