Again, as I stated before. I did not have my car for even 2 weeks. It was brand new and right off the lot. They may not have worked around the center console but they had to drive it from the front of the shop to the back of the shop and then again from from the back to the front. I am 100% positive they did it. Even if it was an accident and they may not have realized it. Because the car was flawless upon dropping it off. Review: I took my brand new [redacted] to The Tint Lab because they were recommended by a friend. The car was immaculate because it was brand new. They appeared to have done a good job until I noticed the damages to my car.*I noticed they tore the leather to the inside of the door where the [redacted] claimed they had to tool to put the tint in but did not tear it on the other door near the window.*They put a deep gauge in my center console that wasn't there when I dropped the car off.*They scratched the side panels near the windows in the back where they applied the tint. *They scratched the roof of my car where they applied the tint.*Now the [redacted] explained to me that they would need to sand down the dot matrix in the rear window in order to apply the tint. Otherwise the tint would not stick. I agreed to this and was under the assumption it would look clean and professional. However, that was not the case. Not only did it look half done and rushed, they managed to scratch the glass no where near the dot matrix. Also he said the tint would look funny and need 10 days to cure. Which the time has passed and it still looks really bad. Then he suggested that if I didn't like it I could take it somewhere else and they could put a vinyl strip in to cover it up?!*Also had to clean the interior from where they were spraying adhesive. There were water spots and dried drip marks everywhere. I made an appointment on a Saturday to have the work done. The whole job just felt rushed because the workers wanted to get done early. Upon noticing this, I drove back to Tint Lab and spoke with the [redacted]. I walked through with him and showed him what his workers did. He had every excuse and all he said was he was a 100% sorry. They said the tint is a life time warranty but after experiencing the quality of work Id rather take it somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I am not looking to get anything extra out of this except, I would just like my car to look like it did when I dropped it off, which was brand new. I barely had the car for two weeks and I dropped it off not thinking I would have received such poor quality of work or damages to my car.-I would like my windows re-tinted by a different business-The rear window replaced-The leather door replaced-The center console replaced-Both side panels in the back replaced
