I had a great experience with Lab World Group - the used equipment I ordered arrived extremely quickly (within a week), in excellent condition, and the Lab World team worked with me to find the shipping option that best fit my needs. Everyone at the company gave quick and helpful responses to emails. I'll buy from Lab World Group again if I need more small lab equipment.

I recently purchased a piece of used laboratory equipment from The Lab World Group. The equipment arrived in a timely manor and was in perfect working order. I would definitely use this organization again whenever I am looking for good used lab equipment.

Recently purchased an Incubator / Shaker from LabWorld that I found advertised online. Their customer service team was very accommodating and patient whilst answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Because they weren't a vendor listed with my University, the paperwork took an extra week on my end and Joe at LabWorld stayed in constant contact and was able to hold the unit for me until our side was ready. Excellent communication, support and pricing. We purchased a microarray scanner, and shipping was processed in time even to Germany. The microarray scanner is what it should be and works fine.
