The items this customer purchased is among our best sellers There is not, and never has been, a problem of any kind with these items They fit perfectly However, the old parts must be removed before the new parts are installed This customer simply was not willing to remove the old parts We communicated with this customer but was unable to establish any sort of productive dialogue The customer was refunded in full and instructed to dispose of any unwanted items Our hope is that the customer will take a second look at the situation and end up using the parts that we know will correctly repair the vehicle and return it to the road as a safe and reliable means of transportation
