1/4/[redacted] purchased her used Chevrolet Malibu on, or about 8/24/2016, with her first payment not due until 10/8/ It appears that only payments have been made to date.At the time of purchase, [redacted] put $down In order for [redacted] to secure her loan with taxes, title fee and Gap Insurance, in all we paid $total up front for [redacted] [redacted] agreed to add this amount to the cost of the car which results in $immediately in negative equity. Our Bankruptcy Program does allow for the customer to trade the vehicle after one year of payments However, [redacted] has only had this vehicle for months, of which only payments have been made to date We can have [redacted] bring the vehicle in for an appraisal If [redacted] does turn in the vehicle, there will still be the $we paid for her upfront minus the $ There most likely will be some deprecation of the vehicle This results in more negative equity We are not responsible for the negative equity but promise we will do what we can to help if she would like to have us appraise her car.Regarding her issue of not responding to text messages, her last text was on 12/24/at 8:PM wishing us a Merry Christmas and said, “I will see you in the summertime.”Sincerely,Jack G***Used Car Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
First of all, the low tire pressure light was never on - I caught the issue before the light was ever on So right away this response is incorrect. Further, there was no evidence at all that there was a repair attempt on the tire - the hole was in it without any evidence of any work which one would have seen (other than the nail being taken out). The tire involved was properly repaired by another facility and has so far traveled over a thousand miles and many of this on highway at speed - and the structural integrity of the repaired tire is sound In my view, the dealership tried to get me to buy a new tire for their profit when it was not needed So, this issue remains unresolved.

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN, WE DID SELL *** *** A CHEVROLET TRAVERSE IN JULY 2015, AT THAT TIME SHE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES AND AIR CONDITIONING WICH WE SENT DRIVERS TO PICK UP HER CAR AND REPAIR WITH NEW BRAKES AND REPAIR AIR CONDITIONING, THIS VEHICLE SHE BOUGHT HAD 97,MILES ON
IT THEN AND SHE BOUGHT NO EXTENDED WARRANTY SO WE FEEL THAT WE WENT UP AND ABOVE OUR RESPONIBILITY, IT IS NOW MONTH'S LATER AND VEHICLES DO NEED MAINTAINCE WORK

As of 5/3/all of the residents maintenance concerns have been addressed and repaired.? We regret the delay and we will strive to respond to all request in the future in a timely manner.? Best Regards*** ***Community Manager?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Those are very serious claims youre making Mr. [redacted] and I'm going to ask you to provide written proof as to where I "Firmly commited",   And have said please send the car down I will take delivery,  also please provide any sort of documentation where you see my name saying that I took delivery of the vehicle and or saying that I would take delivery of the vehicle.  You were going from pulling my credit without my authorization (2nd time) and making claims on my name to something far more serious. Where and when and with who I shop is of my concern not yours.  On the other hand have plenty of emails (written proof) regarding questions in regards about the vehicle, I never said bring the car down or never agreed to anything. I said if I could and I quote " get the navigation system" that I would close and I have that on my email, Mr. * said that will not happen because he could not make that happen at $439 "which again, I have written proof. I then and his conversations and shopped around Columbus.
One more time, I shop wherever I want and I will pull my credit as many times as I see fit,  however when I give the permission of course.  This is a simple fix, remove the credit inquiry that is all I'm asking,  I did not sigN  any documentation, did not say bring me the car down, did not agree to anything especially because I could not get navigation. And if you're going to make claims on my name I would like you to provide proof of documentation giving  The permission  or authorizing what you're saying I authorized,  also, please provide any recorded phone calls  of me stating that I would "firmly take delivery pf said vehicle" If documentation is needed, I would gladly provide plenty of emails between me and the sales rep proving that I did not say bring the vehicle down.  I was told that my loan would cancel out by Saturday that I needed to make a decision, so I stopped talking and or messaging the sales rep. I had to prove to [redacted] that I did not take delivery of the vehicle and show them the email and they agree with me.  I was able to get a loan through them because they saw that I was not lying.  Please remove this credit inquiry ASAP.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
Regards,
[redacted]

When the vehicle came in for low tire pressure light, we examined the tire and found a nail in the tire causing the ail loss.  The technician attempted to plug the nail hole and found that it was still leaking. The diameter of the hole was bigger than the plug that we used to repair...

nail holes. The advisor explained to the guest that the tire was non repairable with the plug and showed him the nail that came out of it. The advisor told the guest that they are recommending replacing the tire. The guest declined a tire and stated that he had one in the trunk. We installed a tire that the guest authorized to have installed for the agreed amount. The tech that attempted to plug/repair the tire was a certified tech and would not repair anything that he felt was unsafe. I cannot speak for what or how the other repair facility repaired the puncture in the tire, but we are standing behind out technician stating that it was beyond our means of repairing that certain puncture in the tire.
