This is a very unprofessional business they will quote you for work that you may not even need just to collect a few thousand dollarsI took my family there to get a cleaning it turned out they said my daughter had cavities which would cost over $to fixI then decided to take my daughter to another dental office where they told me she only had one cavity and it would only cost a fraction of the price they were charging me to fix itThey are crooks and thieves and will tell you you need dental work that isn't necessary just to take your money

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The manager said he was unaware of the problems This is one of the problems I can't get anyone but the girl who works the desk and the dental assistant on the phone I have asked to talk to the dentist and I'm told she Is very busy and get no call back I've never been given the opportunity to talk to the manager I have also used the office email to no response
He said he would contact me by the end of the next week That time has passed and I still have not heard from him These are the same delay tactics this office has given me the whole time They promise a response and then do not deliver I just want the money returned for the sevices not done
