My father died in January. In March my mother received a letter from this company wanting to purchase her property for a very, under market price. I responded to them that the property is in a trust and is not for sale. The property will be passed down to future generations. I advised Mr. Brandon *** to not contact us again and that his offer was deplorable. I also advised that it appeared he was praying on vunerable widows in hopes that he can scoop up property at a way under value price. This is not acceptable to me.
I told the daughter of current owner that I was not preying on widow's, and that it just so happened that her mother was a recent widower. I have sent out a few thousand offer letters and the chances of having a person in that situation is bound to happen through timing and numbers. I also have purchased a few properties in the area and none of them are from widow's

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner did not contact me at all. I notified him to not contact us again regarding our property and still received another request to sell. My mom, my brother and myself (all owners of the property) do not want any further contact from this company. I do not believe this company is not preying on widows. We have owned this property since 1965 and have NEVER heard from any business regarding the purchase of our property) until, my dad passed away. Plus, the amount he even offered is so far below market value it is deplorable.

As the first complaint, you called me and asked me personally to take you off my mailing list. I did that, any other letters that you receive are not from me or at the very least for another property that you own. If it is for a different property it would have been sent before you contacted me to take you off the list. If you would like to scan and show me all the letters that I supposedly sent you please do. There are a few other people that use the same template as I do since there are multiple groups with the same teaching and strategy that I use. My company only uses my name and company and will not change the name of myself or my company just to try and get you to sell on one of them.
