To whom It May Concern,
This is in response to the referenced complaint. I received a notice stating that the resident whom filed the complaint rejected the response that I previously submitted which is...
very unfortunate to hear. I would like to inform you that I being the leasing agent at the property, spoke to Ms. [redacted] and her wife on several occasions. On which occasions they came in or called requesting to speak to the property manager who was not in at the time. On one occasion they called the office on a Saturday to speak to the property manager, but unfortunately for Ms. [redacted], she does not work over the weekends. There have been several occasions on which Ms. [redacted]'s wife, [redacted], came into the office to speak to the property manager. Although she was busy with another resident Ms. [redacted] waited in the lobby until she was able to speak to her. I would also like to inform you that Ms. [redacted] herself never came into the office to speak with the property manager.
Prior to receiving the letter in which Ms. [redacted] rejected our previous response, it was brought to our attention that the resident and her wife no longer reside in the apartment. It is unfortunate that they felt they needed to move out of the unit. Office and maintenance staff have worked closely to find a resolution to the a/c in question, which has been fixed and is working properly. We at The Landing Apartments would gratefully appreciate if this complaint be reported as resolved and closed out.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter
