They have told everyone there were hundreds of cockroaches and bedbugs The state health inspector came and found no evedence of cockroaches or bedbugs They merely said they were leaving I saw one bug, removed it and offered to spray but they were not going to stay I could have offered anoither cottage but they merely stood in the parking lot for an hour talking to the other guests, who have been staying there all summer and have had no problems They were overexaggerating the situation and were rude when I tried to resolve the situation We work very hard at keeping or places clean and insect free We have always tried to resolve every situation but some people have their minds made up.There were no bedbugs, ever There was one bug, not hundreds as they claim and we never received the pictures as promised I went in personnally and only saw one

Hello,I have credited *** *** in the amount of the total amount of her stay on August 3rd. We were not under construction the weekend she arrived we had just completed renovations. She was the first person to use the room. I do not agree with the housekeeping issues
as all items were new and in perfect condition and the rooms and the floors had been professionally cleaned. The floors had also had two coats of sealer wax put on the night before so I am not sure how the floors could be black. The rooms were very clean but if Mrs. *** did not think they were and was not happy with her stay I feel she should get her money back. The cable was out and a huge frustration for a few guest that weekend we had it fixed the following Monday and we have had no issues since then.Thanks,*** ***

I personally checked the guest in the night before as it was a very late arrival, 8:PM. The guest said everything was fine. He did not try to contact me that night. I live on the property and received no phone calls or complaints. The number is on the front door as
well.The following morning the guest and his family left. An hour or so later the guest returned with out his family and had already removed his luggage. HE then am to the office and began complaining. I offered to move him to another room but he refused. I inspected the room and his complaints were invalid. He had staged several complaints, ie; pulled the stove apart to make it look dangerous. Smashed a bug on the wall. These rooms are all cleaned very well and there was no mold anywhere. There were full size beds and an additional bunk bed but that was not requested. No complaints wewrte lodged that night or in the morning until he returned around 11AM.He obviously found a cheaper room and was trying to get a refund dishonestly.** ***
