The Landings on Farmhurst

If I could leave a zero then I would. This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Im going to file a formal complaint if I don't get a timely response. My air has been broken since mid July and I have been calling in multiple times for it to get fixed. All they do is come put Freon in the unit, knowing that there is a crack in the unit. The air blows out warm air without Freon and I have to call them every 2 days for them to come put more in there rather than them fixing the crack. They currently have not ETA for the contractor to come out and fix the unit. I also had to buy multiple fans and eventually a window unit air conditioner

Apply for the application, I was showed as nice area around the leasing office. I went yesterday to look in the area I was going to be in,
A family wanted to see, this was my first time around the building and to the area I was supposed to be in, because they never showed it to me. It was almost embarrassing it was trash all around the building. The next building to it was Disgusting it was furniture all around the trash. There where bugs and spider webs on the steps,and so I called and ask for my deposit back and told the office that I did not want to be in anything that looks as disgusting. They told me I Can't have my $700 so either move in or lose my money. I wish someone could just go look and see how bad it looks, I don't my family any where near that. The moved in date is not till Aug 23 2018.

Building *** apt *** When I say RUN I mean got dammit RUN... The place is nasty for one also there is prostitution daily over here.. Maintnance is a random man they hired and he's been the 3rd one within a year he sit out in the apt complex and drink instead of fixing things. The painter knocks on ur door and hope you don't answers and mark work orders complete and never comes back.. I move in sep didn't get a sink fix my frig fix and my shower until 2017 of aug after asking since 2016 sep. I have had mold since I move in in different room I ask for it to be scraped and clean then don't they just spray paint over it and say it mold killer... the owner Debbie only support Hispanic so if your not don't think anything so need fix will be fix or she also will tell you if you don't like how we run our business go to Canada and call the cops on you.... they have had 5 new property manager since 2016 one was a daughter and mother (that's should tell you) also nobody rent is the same amount the charge you what they want also you never have anywhere to park I literally park in he front neighborhoods to walk to the back to my apt they don't car about anyone or anything in ur home I've been here since 2016 and has gotten to use both restroom a month also the bed bugs are bad and they will make you pay yourself to clean after 6 other is having the same issue near u...When I say plz run I mean it swear to GOD don't move here you will REGRET IT also when you own Maintnance tell you that the building has been leaking 6 month but they told him don't fix it then something is wrong also plz hide your things cause maintenance will scoop them up also...
