I purchased a puppy (a party yorkie--black and white) from this breeder on Saturday, May 30. I paid $1100 via paypal. She claimed he had had one shot already, but the papers indicated that the dog was rated only 5 out 9 on his health. The paper was stamped a week prior, but she said it had been seen three days before we took the dog. The paper said that she guaranteed the dog for three days; the dog died two days after we got it. The guarantee exempted low blood sugar,but he would not eat. We tried everything. We took him to the vet, an emergency visit, and the final bill was another $500. He died over night.
Business owner states that the score of 5 indicates ideal body weight . 1 is too skinny, 10 is obese. My vet says there is no problems with the puppy, and I even have the paperwork from their vet. It indicated that the puppy was showing low blood sugar. That is the neglect of the owner not feeding the animal.
Our contract says that if there is a genetic disorder that is within our scope of responsibility, the buyer MUST have a necropsy, and the buyer refused to do that. They voided the contract by not doing this. It also says that hypoglycemia is not covered by the guarantee. I am sending a copy of the contract to the Revdex.com for proof.
Since the buyer has chosen to slander our company on social media, as well as threaten my family and children, I do not feel any obligation at all to provide any kind of compensation to this buyer.
Attached is the document from my vet stating the puppy was healthy before leaving my care, a contract between buyer and seller, and a few copies of public harassment and doxing of my family and my business. I have multiple other documents available if needed. Please feel free to reach out to my vet if you are interested.

I am rejecting this response because:I have photographic proof the puppy was sick when I received him. The breeder claimed that the puppy was super chill, knowing full well he was sick. I also made every attempt to feed the puppy with the provided food, and eventually took to trying to force feed him. I made every reasonable attempt to communicate and work with the breeder, including giving the breeder and there vet access to my vet. the paperwork provided by the breeder of there vet doing signing off for the dog, was a $6 evaluation. The breeder also neglected to tell me that they gave the puppy the shots, instead of a licensed vet. I did not refuse to have a necropsy on the puppy, as the vet had already disposed of the remains. The breeder is making up allegations that I personally slandered them on Social media.
