Unresolved complaint for maintenance requests and pest infestation.
Other (requires explanation) Refund security security deposit and release from lease as the residence is not habitable.
We spoke with Ms. who wanted to transfer to another 1 bedroom but there are no more available at this time. We discussed transferring her to another apartment when one was available and she agreed. We also sent pest control to her apartment the same day she made the request. Pest control was not allowed to enter the unit per the resident she was on the phone and he could not enter to treat for any pests. Ms. has since acknowledged that she refused the service and requested to be added to the list for the next pest control visit to receive service, which she is currently registered for. Code enforcement also went to the unit and said there is no infestation they just saw 4 bugs.
