Review: On Monday night I went to dinner with 2 friends and ordered three dinner specials after asking the older male waiter if the prices were still good. He said they were. All three of us ordered meals all inclusive of drinks, dessert, etc. I order Greek Salad special with vege-burgee on pita (total cost in menu $12.95). [redacted] ordered Fish special (All inclusive $13.95 in menu). [redacted] ordered Roasted Chicken Dinner special (all inclusive on menu $13.95). Those three meals total $40.85. Plus NY State sales tax (8.65%) which is another $3.00. A grand total of $44.00 (Rounded Up). I was billed $56.00 (rounded up). I was never given or shown itemized bill as I am disabled and sat in my seat. Waiter took my credit card to register and made changes in prices. I did not notice until I got home. I immediately call the night manager at dinner (white male, slightly overweight, with facial hair), I don't know his name. He agreed the waiter was wrong and he would pull the invoice and leave a note for the owners and call me on Tuesday morning to address and correct problem. They never called so I called the Diner at 1 pm on Tuesday May *. They refused to let me talk. I spoke to a female and male owner both. They made excuses for the charges. I told them I was a regular customer and that my family has been coming in the Diner since 1964. They are new owners this year. I told them they were creating bad customer service over $10 or $15. The male owner said I was loud so I told them I would get the Revdex.com involved to fix the mess.Desired Settlement: A check or gift certificate for $15.00 or more if the Diner feels so inclined to resolve this matter. I was overcharged only $15.00. I gave the male waiter a $10.00 cash tip.
