We believe this matter has been resolved.  We have sent a refund check along with an explanation of deductions (if any) to the address that she gave us upon moving out.  We received the check returned in the mail today and are attempting to reach her via phone to pick up the check in...

person.  In regards to the accusations regarding pests; we responded promptly to any complaints about pests and had our pest control subcontractor out to her unit within 48 hours after being informed of the issue.  We asked her about a month later if the problem was resolved and she had stated that it was no longer a problem.  It seems that this complaint is no longer valid and should be removed as it was already addressed and resolved to the clients satisfaction.  Thank you.
