A year 1/ago I took my laptop into have it repaired didn't have enough spaceThe rep at the grandview store told me they could repair it but suggested that I may want to consider buying another one The rep suggested one of thier "restored" computersI took the computer in that they sold me just to find out that the hard drive is broke and than when I asked them why it would be broke at this point when I've really only had it for a short whileThey came up with many excuses and when I told them it was wrong of them not to stand behind there own product and to go ahead and fix mine they refused to fix itI'm letting anyone know that they may be good at repairing things (which I have no knowledge of) but they are quick to try and rip you off by pushing one of thier own "Refurbished" onesI would not recommend anyone to this business or any of the other locationsBE WARNED
