The Laser Clinic and I signed a contract for Tattoo removal. Multiple attempts to contact, refused to respond.-Signed initial contract on July 28, 2014. However, the procedure is not complete and on-going.-Process has been going on for 2years and 2 months-After last session (27 May 2016) she stated that "let's not schedule another session and see how it does" -Area seems to be fine, at this point.-I sent a text with a picture of the area on 3 Aug 2016, with no response-Called her office phone on 10 Aug 2016 left message, with no response.-Called her office on 19 Aug 2016, with no response.-Called her office 29 Aug 2016, with no response.Initially signed up for Tattoo removal on July 7, 2014. I had paid "In-Full" for the complete procedure to have the tattoo removed for $2,633. As of Sept 1, 2016, the tattoo has not been removed and the Laser Clinic is refusing to answer telephone call, and or test messages. Currently there is an area ink with no features. Embarrassed to have area shown in public, always cover the area. Friends/family/co-workers ask what happened or why is it that way?, I have to respond that the clinic is trying to remove the tattoo. A tattoo removal clinic which has lasting impact (if not completed or made worse) should not be allowed to just "quit" without any recourse. At this stage of the process, this area is now disfigured and it needs to be remedied. At this point, this clinic cannot be trusted to complete the job and a total and complete refund is warranted.The procedure was "Paid In Full" and needs to be refunded.Desired SettlementThere is only one resolution, a complete refund. I have wasted enough time waiting for a response or be contacted by the business.
