We have spoken to this client in several occasions and explained the process and offered our apologies.  Upon her arrival to the salon she was told that [redacted] was no longer working for the company and that the more experienced microblader will be doing her service. She agreed to have the...

service done. As part of our process we draw on the shape of the brow. The client has to approve the shape before we move to step 2. This client approved it. We moved to step to-color. This client approved the color of her Microblading! We then starts the service. Before we finish we let the client see the brows and the client has the final say on the finished product. This client kept asking for her brows to come closer into her nose. [redacted] advised her that she didn't think the shape would be what she was looking for. The client had [redacted] applying strikes an extra 20-30 minutes until [redacted] advised her that her skin couldn't take anymore and she was using her professional judgement and electing to stop the service. It had went pass the 3 hour time. This service requires the clients to fill out a consultation form. It clearly states that the pigment will fade 30-50% after 2 weeks. This client was not willing to wait the 2 weeks and wanted something done after she left the salon with what she ask for and approved on 3 different levels of the service. Our training states the healing process is 2 weeks. Then client has to wait another two weeks and we can schedule a Retouch to rectify and issues she may had. The client refused. Our policy is not to give a refund. This issue can be corrected if there is an true issue, the client refuses to come to the salon so that we can see what she is talking about. We offered her on several occasions to come in so we can evaluate the situation. Instead she tells us she will just keep bad mouthing our company and writing reviews. At this point it does not appear the client is truely trying to rectify the issue in which we have never had the opportunity to see even what's her complaint she won't come to the salon. She has already wrote a Google review and we responded. Now a Revdex.com review and we have responded. In stead of coming directly to the salon to solve the issue. Also the microblader [redacted] is the more experienced staff. [redacted] had only been doing the service for a month. All the work and pictures on our social media pages are [redacted]'s work not [redacted]. So we are wondering what's this clients true issue if she won't let us see her brows?
