I got lash extensions , they were not properly put on and was already missing multiple when I left the appt . Within 1 day I had already lost almost 45 percent of the lashes I continued to take pictures of what the lashes I had left day by day and even texted Erin; person who provided the service as to why it was happening she acted shocked by saying it had never happened with any of her customers , my friend went and got her lashes done and the same thing happened she began to complain to my friend saying she knew we had some sort of connection and blamed me for the reason they fell off , two separate lashes two separate lashes idk what products are used or what went wrong but I couldn't even brush through them without a bunch falling off at a time , they say it is normal for 3-5 lashes to fall a day not all of them . She was very unprofessional about both situations the lashes were not wet for 48 hours 2x the amount of time they recommend you don't wet them for I just don't understand why someone would provide a service that isn't equal to every customer as it's portrayed , I drove from Canoga Park to LA and wasted not only time driving there but waiting for the service to be finished to not even have them correctly done I've went to other technicians and this had NEVER happened to me , even tipped the girl

Desired Outcome

Refund I want a full refund not 50 percent I didn't even have the lashes on for a full 3 days and they completely fell off what is shown is not what is received and I don't believe her service was worth her keeping the other 50 percent

my policy is clear as day on my website. I expect client to read and also they are given an after care instruction upon completion of service. they are also asked to sign an agreement upon arrival. I provide the services and what happens when they get home is out of my control. Whether they followed instruction on how to care for the new placed lashes or not Neither I nor they can prove because I was not at home with them. this is the 1st time I've gotten any complaints like this & to have two in a row is suspicious. Just the fact they know each other just doesn't feel right. and granted it doesn't work for everyone depending on the skin quality and level of after care but I did provide the same quality of service that I do for all my clients. attached is a picture of my work. these are the classic sample which was the same service provided to the 2 complainants.

She's a complete liar but I don't have time to deal with people who don't know how to appropriately accept when they've done something wrong she didn't have me sign anything , she knows she was in a rush because she kept telling me how hungry she was since I was her last client , she just keeps connecting two and two when it has nothing to do with me and the other female knowing each other we came to this girl a good 19 miles away because we saw her work looked great and what we received was just a complete joke . She is so unsanitary and should check her out I don't even care about the complaint anymore if I'm dealing with a kid instead of an adult running a "business" I texted *** the day after I left and if she didn't seem to care what I said until I started to send more and more pictures of them falling off , never once did she tell me anything about my eyes opening being a problem but instead told the other female it was my fault she shouldn't be a hypocrite and say "it's okay happens to a lot of my clients" instead try and solve the issue

what she does to it after she left, I have no control over. she cannot prove that she followed the after care because I was not with her when she got home. assuming she works for a living, I am pretty sure she won't like it if her boss told her she cannot get paid for her work for the day. we already tried to met her halfway by giving her 50% despite our no refund policy.I know shes not asking me to work for free. this will be my last response. I am not be refunding the full amount. attached are sample of my other client lashes after services performed. this shows I provide the same quality of service to everyone.
