The Lash Stop

My shop spent over hours with this lady to try and make her happy. Her complaint is not valid. We use mink lashes, cashmere lashes and synthetic lashes. It all depends on the client and the look there are after. This client had never had eyelash extensions so she doesn't
know the difference between any of the lashes. I have attached photos of the lashes I used on her. It clearly states mink. She was shown the mink lashes in the case before putting them on her. She was also given a refund by *** so I am not sure if she is wanting additional money or ? I have attached a screen shot of the refund that was given to her by ***.But this claim is without warrant

[It's true, I gave them the opportunity to fix their dishonesty.  She also showed me a case that said mink eyelash extensions.  However, just because that is what it says on the box doesn't mean a)that's what she actually used or b)that those are actually mink lashes.   Perhaps it is her supplier who is the dishonest one?  In any case, I may have never had lash extensions before, but I do know I should be able to blink without getting scratched by glue and lashes.  I also know several people who wear lash extensions on a regular basis and therefore I am familiar with how they should look and feel to the touch, any these didn't even come close to being authentic mink, neither were they as soft as the synthetic mink that some of my friends and family get.  I can't fault their customer service except that their technique and material are sub-par.  I'm absolutely not trying to ruin their  business or get any more money as I already received my refund from [redacted].  I only want them to stop advertising them as mink because they are very clearly not, regardless of whatever image she posted.  I want people to be truthful about what they are selling and I want her to be held accountable to provide the level of service and material she has advertised.)

I am not sure what [redacted] wants at this point.  I buy mink lashes and I am not going to stop advertising mink just because she thinks there not.  I disagree with her, I think she is trying to ruin my business.  If she wasn't why would someone write a bad review on yelp, [redacted] and seek out the BBS.  All because she wasn't happy with her lashes and because she thinks, but is not sure the lashes are mink.I have seen over 1,000 woman this year alone and have never had a complaint about my products.I would like to not discuss this further because we are not getting anywhere.
