I got a membership with *** and got *** credit card as part of my membership in 2017. I received a phone call from somebody stating they were representing my *** credit card and as a welcome to this card I will receive a free handbag I just will pay for shipping and handling. Time passed and I forgot about that phone call. In January I decided to open an app to check my bank account and payments and discovered that somebody was charging me $99.99 six times from October to January. I contacted *** bank which they denied the charges and told me that a company in Miami Florida was charging me for a membership. I absolutely denied the charges, but they told me that they paid because I gave my information. I did not provide my information they have it. *** gave me a phone to call . that customer service gave me an address For ***. On 1/23/18 I received one handbag from The Latest styles *** I want to report that *** and The Latest Styles for stealing my credit card information, calling on the name of *** credit card, for charging me six times $99.99 and I did not receive such products that they told my credit card that they sent me seven times. They sent me one handbag when I entered my complaint to my credit card, but the value for that handbag is less than $20 dollars and I never received such 7 products as they charged my credit card. I closed that credit card, but that organization stole my information to charge my credit card. My credit card is charging me for the full amount of $607 dollars and they told me, they will send me to collections for that debt if I do not pay that money. I am reporting that *** and The Latest Styles are fraudulent organizations and for stealing my bank account and information.

They send me a total of 3 watches and a necklace and charge my account $99.99 and $99.59 in Feb 6, 2018. Another $99.99 and $99.59 in Mar 1, 2018. Another $99.99 and 9939 in Apr 3, 2018. I don't have the knowledge or agreed upon to send me all these products and started charger my account. All I wanted is for them to refund all my money and I will return all the products they sent me. No help from their customer service.

I had gotton these emails saying that as a reward for being an amazon customer I had won a prize saying that all I had to do was pay for shipping and handleing . it said nothing on the page about paying 99 dollars for an item . however, when I got the item I sent it back without even opening it and I did this twice. without even thinking about it, and now I noticed that I was charged for postiage and handleing but then about a couple weeks later I had gotton charged for 99.00 dollars twice for something I didnt even have.. Could you please get my money back

Back in august I took a survey and it stated that I would get a free gift and all I had to do was pay shipping and handling , I received the purse. Well a couple of months later I received another purse but I didn’t order it, didn’t know why I had it. There was no invoice explaining the item. Well then today my daughter calls and tells me I got another purse. I told her to send me a pick of the envelop so I could google the address. Well I found a number. I called it. Come to find out this company was taking 99.99 out of my account without my approval. Then the tech I spoke to says that it was for a member ship, but I told him I was not a member, that I had know idea. I asked the tech just how much they’ve taken out of my account and he tells me since august they’ve take a total of almost 800.00 out of my account without my approval. They said they sent emails, but I never received any email. I never received any thing about a membership. Then I spoke to a supervisor tonight and he said it was for each purse I received. I’ve only received 3 purses and they took almost 800.00. First , I was not aware of the membership, 2nd I only approved the 1st purse and it was suppose to be a free gift for taking a survey. I believe I was scammed and they will not refund me this amount.

Company is sending goods I never have ordered or subscribed to. I'm being charged without my consent. . I tried to contact company to resolve the issue without any success. Company seems illegitimate. I'd like to be reimbursed for the products I did not order.

This company is 100% fraudulent and not legitimate! They insert deceiving pop-ups within major credit card company websites. It's enrollment into a monthly purse subscription ($99.99 monthly auto-charge). CHEAP PURSES LIKE WHAT YOU CAN BUY AT FOREVER 21 or worse.

While I was within the Capital One website a "Capital One" survey popped up. I took the survey thinking it was an annual Capital One survey offered solely to a Capital One customers. Upon completion of the short survey is an option to choose from a few free items at a "$150.00" value that after choosing an item which I selected a pearl white purse then requires you to pay for shipping in order to receive it.

I was charged the $6.99 shipping on statement listed:

NY

I received a small BEIGE purse that was very thin and cheaply made. Something that I could buy at Forever 21. I was very disappointed and figured I wouldn't take a Capital One survey again.

Then on the next statement come to realize there were two $99.99 dollar charges and another cheap purse arrived to my attention in the mail.

I called the phone number listed from the statement:

The lady CALISE whom I spoke with said I was enrolled in a monthly purse subscription and that all sales are final. I asked to cancel the subscription. I asked to send the purses back for a full refund since I did not enroll in this. They said that all sales are final and then proceeded to offer me an option to buy sunglasses at 40% off discount. Then I knew that this company was not a legitimate one. They did email me the cancellation notice and I'm hopeful that there will be no more strange charges. I told them that I would be reporting them to Capital One as well as the Revdex.com.
