The Laughing Place Store

I submitted an online order on 11/16 and received an estimated ship date of 11/24. I received no information or merchandise for weeks. I contacted the store on 12/14, and they assured me they would get the items to me this week. Again nothing. They contacted me today indicating a partial order shipped yesterday. It was unclear, though, if they had charged me for the full order. This establishment exercises unprofessionalism at its worst. I am very disappointed and hope to prevent others from sharing this experience.
