Review: I brought 5 men's dress shirts in to the Laundry Factory to be cleaned. The shirts all had some mild ring-around-the-collar and cuff but no stains elsewhere. I had owned these shirts for 1.5 years and never stained them.I went to pick up my shirts a few days later, and took them home without looking at them (my mistake). After taking them out of the plastic to hang up in my closet I noticed large (about 1/2 inch wide by 3 inches long) dark reddish stains on two of the shirts on the front chest area. It looked like some liquid had been spilled onto them. I immediately brought the shirts back in to the cleaners and they told me that those stains were there when I first brought the shirts in. For some reason, they did not mention the stains when I picked up the shirts. And they also charged me for both of those shirts when I picked them up.I spoke with several staff members including the manager and building owner, and they told me that they all saw that the stains were there when I dropped the shirts off. I maintained that the shirts did not have stains like those when I dropped them off, but the staff refused to believe me. They tried to clean the stains, and they did get lighter, but are definitely still visible. The shirts are unwearable at my workplace due to the lighter, but still visible stains.The owner has stated that I will not be given any sort of compensation.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of the cost of the shirts. Both shirts were custom tailored, one for $150 from Astor and Black. The other for $60 from iTailor.If not, I would like replacements of both shirts, custom tailored, and of equal quality.They have already tried twice to remove the stains and they have not come out. I do not believe there is anything more that cleaning can do at this point. And each trip I make to their store is more of my time spent.

Review: I have had my slipcovers cleaned here many times with no complaints.I took it in for cleaning on June 19th. When I got it home realized the seat cushion covers were missing and the larger part that covers the body of the couch had shrunk significantly...I spoke to the owner he was very rude,defensive and insisted they have never lost or shrunk anything before(implying that I was crazy for even suggesting that they could have made a mistake)He told me that usually they give the slipcover back to the customer wet and thats why it didnt fit(I have never in the past got the slipcover back wet)He told me to bring it back in and he would stretch it. Knowing full well that fabric doesnt stretch back to the original size I took it back to let him try...it still didnt fit...when I called to let him know again he told me thats impossible and essentially called me a liar.I told him he needed to make this right and buy me a new slipcover. He flew off the handle and told me absolutely not!And that he was going on vacation and didnt care about my slipcover! After talking to him again he said when he got back from vacation he would try again with a special machine to stretch it. He also told me that he would come to my house and put it on himself which I agreed to because If it didnt fit I wanted him to see for himself.We agreed to do this on july 26th. On July 26th he told me he did not have time to come to the house and refused to send one of his employees. He also said I was harrassing him and if I called one more time he was going to call the police. When I went to the store to pick up the slipcover I asked the employee to please have someone come with me.She texted him and when he called back she put me on the phone and he started yelling and swearing at me to get out of his store and never come back! The slipcover obviously still does not fit.I have been more than patient with this man, calm in conversation and respectful to him and his employees.The lack of customer service and disrespect is appalling!Desired Settlement: I want the laundry factory to replace the body of the slipcover...as far as the seat cushion covers...I know they were in the bag, but unfortunately cant prove it because I didnt have the clerk take everything out of the bag and itemize it on the receipt.The whole slipcover (3 pieces) was $800 from Weiss House
