Review: Recently I dropped off two coats for dry cleaning at the Laundry Republic. When I went to pick them up, the coats were missing. The attendant helping me had no explanation other than that they were gone. I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with the business owner but according to the workers the owner does not come into the Laundry Republic and they can only be reached over the phone. I tried to call this number but it always goes directly to a mailbox that is fully so I am unable to leave a message. I have also left a written message with the staff asking the owner to contact me in regards to my lost coats but have not heard back. This is completely unprofessional and appalling that they have lost two expensive wool overcoats and I am unable to get in touch with someone to figure out what happened. The staff normally working do not have any information about what could have happened to my garments which were entrusted to them for cleaning. I am extremely upset and frustrated with this circumstance.Desired Settlement: The Laundry Republic lost 2 expensive wool coats. I would like them to refund the cost. It is unprofessional that the staff are unable to help in this matter and that the ownership is non-existent.
