Ms D[redacted] came to represent me in a dispute with US Loan Auditors thru another attorney. The case was dismissed however a fraud complaint was filed numerous times without resolution The last fraud determination as I know still sits in the courts as it was never prusued, I was told that the office needed to go to the court to determine why it was rejected. I called months after it was rejected and finally called the court myself to find out. When I call the attorney's office I was told that they needed to find out why but never did. I was told attorney was busy did I not see the news that was in the newspapers. Figured it was a lost cause it was about 4-5 years ago disappointed could have used the any extra money as I invested so much in this, lost my home, and all the money to pay for representation as well. She was working pro-bono in the fraud case, guess that is what you get when you are pro-bono.
