These Robo call people keep calling my phone with some bogus stuff that I don't even understand I have blocked them from my phone but someone needs to stop these people who call themselves [redacted] Inc and then go by another name This is an all day thing and they are even calling my parents house with the harassment They leave a message stating to call them back at ###-###-#### You call back and then someone starts asking you for your social security number and this is investigator etc I know these are scam callers and I really would like them to stop I have serious health issues and blood pressure is on one of them This is stressful to me and my family when scammers are trying to swindle people out of money

A firm representative spoke to the consumer on 9/6/at 3:p.mA review of the inbound call recording reflectsAll FDCPA disclosures were given, the consumer acknowledged the debt which originated with *** *** The consumer and representative had a conversation about a previous
incident concerning a "scam' call (not pertaining to this office) to which a number was given as a call back which led to a fax numberThe consumer mentioned back (3) years ago to which she paid someone and then saw the organization on 20/and stated was about $ The consumer updated her file with representative to include her new telephone, address and financial position The representative removed all non relating information from the fileThe representative based on the consumer's current financial situation offered monthly payment of p[er month for the next months and both agreed to a follow up call on the 19th of this month and the consumer thank the representative and the call ended At no time during the call recording did the representative use the word "investigator or any other organizational name We have placed a suspension on the file and if the consumer would like to resolve the outstanding she may contact the office and we would be more than happy to help her
