This company has legitimately denied me as a customer, offered a refund and belittle me in a confrontational phone call that was supposed a "courtesy"
I had seen a post on Facebook for a rental property. I was very interested in this rental property as I am needing to find an apartment. Ms. Johanna *** contacted me in regards to the rental property and advised me she would help me in applying. She would text me from number (407)***-***, very persistent in wanting me to apply for the apartment and to let her know once I am done so she can take the property off the market. So finally I had let her know that I applied so it could be taken back for review of my application. In doing so I waited 7 days a full week in to hear a response for my application. I did see they checked my credit and took a $50 application fee. Finally Johanna called me and told me she would offer the property to me for a month and a half rent as a deposit. I agreed that this would work. After that she called me and told me that my income would not suffice and for me to send her documents of child support. All of this meanwhile someone had already applied for the rental property, she never took it off the market. The application fee of $50 was to be charged AFTER pre-approval. If my income did not meet requirements why would I get pre-approved? understandable if my application was not approved a simple yes or no would have been appropriate. Johanna neither replied to my calls or text in a professional manner. She simply told me she would give me a refund. All this conversation over text messages. I did go to their Facebook page and left a review of the customer service I received. Johanna called me today 07/22/19 bright and early to tell me.... that she is calling out of Courtesy, I did express to her on how poorly treated I felt as a customer. She told me I wasn't a customer and that she does not get commission or would not have gotten communion on getting me the rental property. She then admitted to me after I applied another application was submitted. I do not understand why my credit was checked and I was charged $50 for the approval on my application if she clearly seen my income did not meet requirements to rent the property. In all I am appalled by her behavior and her call from this morning. She told me she did not care about my review on Facebook and told me I was ethically wrong in writing my review because this is her job. I feel as if Johanna should have been honest, in doing her job and telling me upfront that I was not approved or even going further before my credit received a hard inquiry, she dragged my application along after many attempts to contact her...finally called me today to tell me I was not a customer and basically she didn't care otherwise. Going back and forth with me via email. I'am embarrassed that I provided my personal information to this company. They do not return phone calls nor do any of their numbers work when trying to reach out. All this would have never gotten to a point of me filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Ms. should be ashamed of herself and how she conducts business. I honestly can not trust this company and wish I never gave them my personal information. Should Ms. do her job correctly and honestly, I would not be writing this complaint.

Yo alquile un apartamento con ellos y el apartamento me lo entregaron infestado de cucarachas la alfombra estaba asquerosa y los banos sucios. Me tuve que mudar y ellos se quedaron con el deposito y. Pq yo tenia q poner alfombra nueva cubrir para la infesta de cucarachas. Las que trabajan en la oficina son bien ruff. Tu llamas y te contestan con una actitud poco profesional. Cuando alquilen con ellos no se dejen llevar por las fotos pq casi siempre son viejas y cuando llegas al lugar te desiluciona.
