I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
I am not excepting this response because there is a lot of information made by the attorneys office that is untrue and incorrectI did not call every week I called the attorney's office in a total of times and I have dates that I did and I was told the same thing every time and that was that the attorney would call me back and the attorney never didI was not informed of anything by the attorney or the office of the attorney over the phoneIn the response of the business it states that the attorney office provided information to me by phone and that is incorrect, such as the information that I provided and case law regarding this case are being researched I feel that this response from the Business is and I am not going to except it this does not resolve anything at this pointI was not represented fairly and I was not given the time or communication I feel was requiredand yes the attorney states that he had the case for days and that is correct but the attorney does not tell you that he was out of the office 7- days give or take of that time out of town or out of the office and I know that because the attorney told me his self that he was not going to be in the office for those days the 10th of April and the same day that I paid the Retainer fee of $ And he stated to me on April 10th that he would be in touch and yet I never heard from him or his office until I called and that is when they would state that the attorney would call me back and never did and the office employees never told me anything eitherthere was additional information that I had on the case but the attorney would never call me back and so I was unable to provide the information to the attorney before he made his decisionsSo not I will not except this response and it is not resolved at all.
