This complaint came as a surprise to us, as we had just spoken to the client and informed her of what was needed to get filed. Since we did not have this information, we could not file the case. Unfortunately, the client did call us several times in one day, albeit a successful connection to a... paralegal. We have since spoken with our client and explained what was still needed, and she informed us she will have these requirements in a couple of months. We will get the client filed as soon as this is provided.

First it took me so long to send in a written letter asking for a refund because the person I spoke with kept telling me to wait incase I change my mind which by coincedence sean cydrus said he no longer works thereI paid the money I was asked to and because they do not keep correct books I have lost $I moved and have lost some receiptsAs a consumer we trust businesses to do the right thingMr Cydrus stating he doesn't know me or ever seen me before, but I sat in his office for an hour talking about me being a disabled veteran and he had the same car as I do sitting in a yardI feel lied to and taken advantage of by Mr Cydrus and his employeesto add to this reply, I did not by any means get hostile I'm not sure that is possible over the phonePeople need to be held accountable for their actions and Mr Cydrus' business should be held to the same standardI took the money he asked for out of my retirement accou t and woukd like restitution

Mr. [redacted] sent in a refund request several weeks ago. However, he did not provide a phone number to reach him so that I could explain the issue we are having with this matter. We do not have a [redacted] in our system. When Mr. [redacted] called, I told him I would gladly give him a refund...

if he were to provide me with a receipt since I do not have record of him retaining our firm. Mr. [redacted] then became hostile and began cursing. While I can understand his frustration, I need him to realize that a client is not entered into our system until they have retained our firm. Since he is nowhere in our system, how are we to know he didn't just come in for a free consultation and claim he paid us? Perhaps it could be an error on our end, and I apologize if this is the case, however, a simple receipt will rectify the situation. In addition, the staff member [redacted] that Mr. [redacted] is referring to has not been with our firm in over a year, so I find it odd that Mr. [redacted] would wait so long to contact our firm if he did indeed request a refund back then. If he provides us a receipt showing he paid our firm $650.00, Mr. [redacted] will be refunded within seven business days.
